Polyurethane Resin
TSW Flex
Flex is a single component polyurethane resin used in water stopping, crack and joint filling, soil consolidation and air sealing. It is less viscous (500 cPs) than a true hydrophobic, so it is easier to pump through soil. It also has a more controllable set time through the use of temperature and catalyst. Delivery methods include TAM, airless paint sprayers, piston pumps and rotator stator

TSW Classic
TSW Classic is a medium viscosity, high foaming, dense cell structure single component polyurethane used to stop water infiltration with known voiding around joints and cracks. The gel time is controllable with an accelerator and ambient temperature control.

TSW InstaSet
TSW InstaSet is a two component polyurethane foam used to stop extreme water infiltration. Extremely high foaming factor that produces finished product in less than 20 seconds. Also is used to fill voids by using it in lifts.
InstaSet used for water control in large TBM tunnel
TSW Soil Stab
TSW Soil Stab is a user friendly single component polyurethane used to stabilize loose or running soils. It requires no accelerator but can be used if desired. Soil Stab is applied by TAM or other types of injection rod conduits.
TSW AG4
AG-4 is a two component high foaming polyurethane used for backfill grouting, annular grouting, and consolidation of loose materials (soils) typically found in shaft excavation and tunneling application(s)

US Grout
US Grout is a two component early high strength consolidation resin used when high volumes of water are encountered. Unlike PUR, US Grout is not affected by the presence of water
J-Firm
J-Firm is a single or dual component resin used for pre-excavation grouting or for soil curtain wall grouting application. 150 PSI unconfined strength makes this resin appealing for tunneling and shaft excavation. It also performs well for water control. The resin is also very economical for contractors and project owners

Acrylates
TL-10
TL-5 and TL-10 Acrylates are ultra low viscosity resins that are great at soil consolidation and stopping low volume water infiltration. The acrylates are used exclusively when small void spacing or tight areas need penetrated. The resin reacts to form a dense gel making it an excellent soil combiner.

TL-5.0

J-Crete- technically a considered thin spray on liner, J-Crete can also be used as a standalone shotcrete used for weathering protection, consolidation, and structural support.
